All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipment charges are not included and depend on destination and shipping method. Payments can be made using iDEAL or Paypal.
iDEAL (Netherlands only)
If you have access to internet-banking (ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank or Fortis) then you can make use of iDEAL, an easy and safe method of paying. iDEAL makes use of your own bank account, it is fast, simple, safe and free.
How to place your order
Placing an order is quick and easy following the steps indicated by the webshop. Areas followed with an asterix (*) are obligatory. After you have placed your order you will receive the order status via e-mail.
When your order is received, you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail with an order overview, order number and package code. If you do not receive order confirmation e-mail, please check the spam box in your e-mail account. If you still haven’t received the order confirmation e-mail please contact our helpdesk or e-mail us at: support at upright-posture.com
When paying in advance you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail 1-3 days after the payment was placed.
When your order has been sent, you will receive a sending confirmation e-mail with a TNT package code (Netherlands only). This code enables you to track your order on the TNT website.
Cancellation or change
If you want to cancel or change an existing order, then please contact us. You can send us an e-mail at support at upright-posture.com or via the helpdesk on our website.

If you can not find the information you’re looking for please don’t hesitate to contact us! You can do this through the helpdesk on the website, we will try to answer your e-mail within 24 hours on workdays.
Return & Exchange
When you have ordered your UPRIGHT, you have the right to make use of the right of withdrawal within 14 workdays after delivery of the product without reporting the reasons for returning or a financial penalty. Please consult us before you return your UPRIGHT for returning instructions. Products and packaging must be original, complete and undamaged to be returned. Also, all documentation, warranty statements and packaging materials have to be returned. Devices have to be returned in the same state as they were when received by you.
The costs for delivering (delivery charges) & returning will not be compensated.
We will deposit the amount you have paid for your UPRIGHT through bank transfer within ten (10) workdays. To return your UPRIGHT, you need a returning code. You can find the retuning code in the confirmation e-mail from th UPRIGHT customer service after issueing your return. Please see the instructions below for more detailed information.
- Contact us about exchanging or returning your UPRIGHT through the helpdesk on upright-posture.com.
- A confirmation e-mail with returning code will be sent to you by e-mail.
- Follow the instructions in the e-mail to exchange or return your UPRIGHT.
- When we receive your UPRIGHT, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
- We will exchange your UPRIGHT (if in stock) or deposit the purchase money within 10 work days.
Warranty and defects
Defects at delivery
Please carefully check and inspect your UPRIGHT right after delivery. Complaints and/or defects concerning product or delivery that are externaly visible should be reported to us within 7 working days after delivery (or within 7 working days after the invoice date when the product was not delivered directly to you). Please contact us through e-mail at support at upright-posture.com or use the helpdesk on our website.
The UPRIGHT is under warranty for twelve (12) months. This does not extend to problems that arise from normal wear and tear. To return your UPRIGHT you need a returning code. You can find the retuning code in the confirmation e-mail from the UPRIGHT helpdesk after notifying your return. Please see the warranty instructions below for more detailed information.
Excluded from warranty
Warranty does not cover the problems that are the result of the following situations:
- Problems that arise from normal wear and tear.
- When changes/adjustments are applied to the UPRIGHT, including repairs that are done without the permission of 2M.
- When the original invoice is missing or is unreadable.
- When problems are caused by inappropriate use.
- When the problems are willfully caused or the problems are the result of negligent maintenance and/or carelessness.
Suggestions and complaints
If you have any suggestions about how we can improve our service and/or products, then please let us know via the UPRIGHT helpdesk.
If you are not satisfied with your UPRIGHT, our service or you have ideas for improvements of our products, then please let us know. You can send your complaint in writing or by e-mail, or use the helpdesk on the website. We will try to give you a definite answer within 1 week.
